The Buccaneers of Brugal

Another of the original Tortuga Nebula Thugs. Brugal lead the pirates for at least one round. Of the pirates, he was the most vicious. In the family forums, he was the most outspoken and called for harsh punishments against those who didn't obey the Pirate's Code.
